employment with the company, the company will pay a 90-day pay of the latest
rate, or not less than the pay of the last 90 working days for employees who

ordered by the company for its own purposes.But less than six years of employment with the company, the company will
pay a 180-day pay of the latest rate, or not less than the pay of the last

ordered by the company for its own purposes, the company will pay a 300-day pay
of the latest rate, or not less than the pay of last 300 working days for
employees who receive pay according to achievements calculated in units.
Employees whose employment
period has been terminated with any reason must return property, materials and
documents under their responsibility to the company and clear out any debt
before expiring term.

회사가 문을 닫을 경우는 다른케이스인데 이럴경우 세무서는 노동부에 직접 체크하는것이 좋을듯 합니다. 기본노동법은 위와 같읍니다.
